Return & Refund Policy

Customers are strongly advised to examine all items upon receipt of delivery. 

Any shortage, breakage or wrongly delivered items should be highlighted to Amore Vino Pte Ltd within 2 hours of delivery.

Please be informed that all products sold (both regular and promo items) are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Amore Vino Pte Ltd will replace or credit corked, oxidised or faulty wines with exception of the following: 

• Wine with less than 75% balance in the bottle.

• Wines older than 10 years. 

• Wines that have been in customers possession for more than 30 days.
